The New York State Bureau of Early Intervention has recorded a three-part webinar series providing information about how an individual can work in the Early Intervention Program (EIP), the approval process, and important information for newly approved providers. These recordings are available on the New York State Early Intervention Program website: health.ny.gov/community/infants_children/early_intervention/service_providers/. Below are direct links to each presentation and a short description about what information is included in each part.
“How to Become an Early Intervention Program Service Provider” Three-Part Training Series:
Part 1 - How to Become an Early Intervention Program Provider - Includes general information about the history of the EIP, what EIP services are, and who is qualified to deliver services within this program as an employee if an approved agency or as an approved provider.
Part 2 - How to Become an Early Intervention Program Provider - Includes information about the two types of providers (Individuals and Agencies), how to apply to become an approved provider, and application tips.
Part 3 - How to Become an Early Intervention Program Provider - Includes information about what will happen after an individual or agency is approved and how to stay connected in the EIP.
