Superfood Training
June 10th, 2013
This superfood nutrition training draws on the wisdom of traditional cultures worldwide to explain the importance of nutrient-dense eating. There will be a thorough explanation of which nutrients are commonly missing in our modern diets, what chronic issues they create, and what you can do about it!
Learn which foods and superfood supplements you can add to your diet to manage and prevent minor issues like fatigue, sugar cravings and overeating as well as more troublesome ones like diabetes, depression and autism.
For children on the spectrum, it's wise not only to put a special focus on what can be removed from their diets (e.g., gluten/casien/lactose), but identify what's missing and needs to be added in order to build health and manage symptoms.
